The National Assembly has appointed five distinguished lawmakers to lead the prosecution of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s impeachment in the Senate. This follows the Assembly’s vote, where 281 MPs voted for impeachment, while 44 opposed it. These MPs—two from ODM and one each from UDA, Ford Kenya, and Maendeleo Chap Chap—are tasked with presenting the case against Gachagua.
