A family in Eastleigh, Nairobi, is urgently seeking justice after the bodies of three family members were discovered in separate locations. The victims, a mother and her two daughters, had disappeared earlier this week, only to be found murdered in different parts of the city.
The trio consisting of a mother and her daughters aged 10 and 22, went missing on Monday, October 21. Their bodies were later recovered in Bahati, Parklands, and Machakos, with similar injuries, suggesting a sinister connection between the killings. The two daughters left home that evening in search of their mother, who had not returned after a morning visit to the hospital.

CCTV footage retrieved by authorities and seen by Citydigestnews.com showed the girls leaving their apartment in casual hijab dresses. Before leaving, one of the girls made a phone call to an unidentified person for about two minutes. The video captured them entering a car, believed to be a taxi, at around 9 pm. This was the last sighting of the pair.
A family member revealed that the mother had left home early that morning to visit a clinic for skin treatment. When she didn’t return by afternoon, the daughters set out to find her. Sadly, none of them returned.
Mother And Two Daughter Found Dead
The following morning, their worst fears were confirmed when a body was discovered in Parklands. The family rushed to the scene, only to learn that the victims had been killed, their bodies brutally mutilated, and dumped in different areas of the city.
According to the family, the police believe that the same individuals may have strangled the victims. However, investigations are ongoing to uncover more details about this heinous crime.
In a separate incident that has left another Nairobi family in anguish, a young woman named Christine Nyakio was found dead in Ngong. Her body was dumped in a swamp, and her family is also pleading for justice.
Nyakio, 24, lived alone in an apartment in Kajiado. She disappeared last Thursday, October 17, after being seen leaving her home. Neighbors reportedly witnessed a man forcing her out of her apartment, marking the last time she was seen alive.
Nyakio’s sister recounted that children in the apartment complex had seen the disturbing event. “The kids saw a man trying to eject her from the house, and that was the last anyone saw of her,” said her grieving sibling.
The affected families are now urging law enforcement to bring the perpetrators to book and ensure that such tragedies do not happen again.
