The United Democratic Alliance Party (UDA) mourns Murang’a MCA Mark Wainaina, who passed away on November 13 due to severe pulmonary complications.
The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has suffered a great loss following the demise of Murang’a MCA Mark Wainaina due to lung failure. Wainaina had been hospitalized for several weeks battling severe pulmonary disease, which ultimately led to his death.
MCA Wainaina’s death was confirmed by close friend Amos, who also serves as the chairperson of the Murang’a High School Alumni. Amos expressed his sorrow, explaining that despite Wainaina’s courageous fight and the efforts of the medical team, Wainaina peacefully passed away. “It is with a heavy heart that I share this news. Despite his incredible fight, Mark passed away as confirmed by the final ECG report,” Amos said.
Wainaina’s Health Battle
Mark Wainaina had long struggled with a life-threatening pulmonary disease, a condition that progressively worsened until his lungs failed. This battle led his family to seek further treatment options, hoping for a recovery. In recent weeks, he was forced to reach out to the community for financial support to cover medical costs, with a fundraiser planned for November 15. The event was meant to raise funds for his treatment as he had faced mounting medical bills in his quest for recovery.
Despite these efforts, Wainaina’s health declined. Doctors performed an electrocardiogram (ECG) to assess his condition in the final moments before confirming that he had passed.
