After undergoing treatment, Kimani announced that he is now healed and attributes his recovery to both the prayers of well-wishers and his faith in God.
In a recent video posted on TikTok, Kimani expressed heartfelt thanks to everyone who stood by him during his challenging times. He acknowledged the financial contributions and prayers that played a crucial role in his healing. He said that he feels completely healed and stronger, crediting God’s faithfulness for his recovery.

“My dear fellow Kenyans, I have no words to thank you enough. Your prayers and support have worked, and God has been kind to me. I am healed now, and I’m not where I was three or four months ago,” Kimani shared.
Kimani Mbugua’s Struggles with Mental Health
Kimani’s mental health battle began after an incident in which his drink was allegedly spiked during a party. This unfortunate event triggered his ongoing health struggles. His father revealed these details during a media interview in May, explaining that Kimani had been out of balance ever since.

The news came as a shock to many, especially after his father disclosed that Kimani’s condition worsened following the party. Kimani, currently in rehab, has continued to receive support from his family and the wider community. His recovery journey has been long, but he remains optimistic and thankful.

Kimani took the opportunity to thank his followers for their unwavering support and encouragement, noting that he could not have made it through without them. “Thank you so much for your prayers and for standing by me. God has made me whole again, and every time I break, He brings me back stronger,” he said.
His father provided an update a few months ago, saying, “He is not fully well yet, but we continue to pray for his full recovery. We trust that God will continue to restore him.”
Kimani was admitted at the Mombasa Mental Rescue Center.
